Thank you for sharing this! We actually built a pizza oven a few years ago, but over time the weather really took a toll on it. Eventually, we decided to go with a hybrid pizza oven instead. It’s been a great choice since we can use gas for quick weekday meals and switch to wood when we want that traditional flavor. Also we use a oven cover for it to hold up well year round.
