Wood oven have two major building plans; the igloo popularly known as the dome and the barrel popularly known as the brick bread or vault oven. These two styles have fairly the same results in baking foods. Just as the igloo oven bakes a pizza, so will the barrel oven – the major issue is the placement of the burning charcoal I each of these ovens.
Nevertheless, some differences apply in space and in personal preferences. The igloo oven has proven to be the darling of most homeowner. The barrel oven on the other hand is preferred by business persons baking foods for commercial purposes because of the larger space inside.
