A pizza oven may be built upon a trailer in much the same way an oven is built upon a fixed cement foundation. Unlike a fixed oven the trailer may be moved by towing behind a vehicle. This is particularly beneficial for a hiring business either to hire out the oven or provide fresh pizza catering at a customer's premises. In general the primary disadvantage of the pizza oven trailer is the potential loss of aesthetic appeal compared to the fixed oven. Additionally the mobility and large weight of the oven may be a safety concern.
